Powder coating is mainly used for coating metal surfaces with an organic or acrylic film. Processing is done through powder production by electrodeposition, and is then put into a high temperature oven to accomplish fusion and polymerization at high temperatures thus allowing the fusion and polymerization of the same. The process is applied to metal products for electrodeposition, and for high temperature oven at more than 180 °C.
