Liquid painting is the main activity by Nuova G.M. srl and is divided into two plants one in via dell’artigianato (historic venue), the other in via San Felice (new venue), which respectively deal with processing of loose parts and bodyworks.
Liquid coating is a coating process applicable to any structure through liquid resin spray directly on the surface to be treated. These resins can be of various types (vinyl, acrylic, polyester, epoxy, polyurethane, phenolic), and can be customised to give the following touches: glossy, matte, soft-touch, textured, metallic, wrinkled etc.
Coloration is one of the most expressive aspects of an object and covering a fundamental attribute for durability. These two aspects can be combined through the liquid painting thanks to which we can obtain the highest aesthetic standards and at the same time provide benefits in line with the specifications of the major automakers. These two qualities together allow an object to maintain its esthetical aspect and functionality intact through time, including years of collaboration with the leading paint manufacturers worldwide.

Advanced bodywork painting
The bodywork painting division allows us to offer our clients a unique solution to paint the entire car, ensuring the color match of various parts and considerable economic benefits.
Thanks to a low-temperature cycle we can apply just about any materials; this offers many advantages including the ability to apply body composed of heterogeneous materials components, thus the customer can manage multiple vendors.
Our facility consists of two booths, both with 2 anthropomorphic robots to 7 axis, the hangar has an area of 5000 square meters, the plant is located externally to prevent it from being inflluenced by the workshop, to which it is however connected by an automatic drag line system.
The plant which was established to paint Alfa Romeo 4C, adapts perfectly to all types of cars. Thanks to its level of automation, our company is among the few in the world able to emulate ad-hoc installations for the mass production of the major car producers.

Carbon painting
Working parts made of carbon fiber, have a dedicated division with all necessary equipment for preparing and painting (painting booth and oven). Carrozzeria Nuova G.M. besides processing the customer’s raw materials, works with some moulding plants, to produce and sell a finished product directly to the customer.
